1. Our approach
We set cookies only where the product cannot work without them: keeping you signed in, protecting form submissions, and remembering the interface settings you chose. There is no advertising network, no cross-site tracking and no third-party analytics script on nibvine.com.
Because every cookie we set is strictly necessary or a preference you actively chose, no consent banner is required. If that ever changes, we will ask you first.

3. Browser storage
The interface stores your chosen theme in localStorage so a page loads in the right colours before the server responds. It stays in your browser, is never sent to us as a cookie, and clearing site data removes it.
4. Third-party cookies
Signing in redirects you to our identity provider, which sets its own cookies on its own domain under its own policy. Embedded media, such as a GIF chosen in a project chat, is fetched from the provider hosting it and that provider may see the request. We set no third-party cookie on nibvine.com ourselves.
5. Controlling cookies
Your browser can block or delete cookies. Blocking the strictly necessary ones will sign you out and stop forms from submitting, so the product will not work. Preference storage can be cleared at any time without losing any of your project data.
