What counts as usage
Reading, writing and organising your project is never metered. Only calls that reach a model are.

Questions people actually ask
What happens when the allowance runs out?
AI features pause. Notes, tasks, the API and the MCP server keep working exactly as before, and the allowance resets monthly.
Is my content used to train models?
No. Your content is sent to a model provider only for an operation you or your agent starts, and we do not train on it.
Will there be a paid plan?
Probably, for teams and higher allowances. Anything that changes what an existing account already has will be announced on the changelog before it takes effect.
Can I get my data out?
Any project or note branch exports to JSON from the product, and the REST API returns the same structures.
