What to include

Four lines of context usually turns a two-day thread into a one-reply answer.

  • Which client are you connecting from: Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, VS Code, or another MCP tool.
  • The exact URL you tried to connect to and whether you used a project-scoped token.
  • The MCP method or tool that failed, plus the full error message.
  • Whether the issue reproduces with a fresh read-only token.
